Shipping estimates
Use the shipping estimate on a product page or in your cart to check available shipping methods and estimated charges for your destination. The checkout total shows the shipping charge for your selected method and address.
Carrier delivery estimates describe transit time and may not include the time needed to prepare your order. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Product availability, order details, and destination can affect timing.
Check your address and product options
Before placing your order, check your shipping address, team, drinkware style, color, and quantity. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correction needed. Changes depend on the order’s status and whether preparation or shipment has begun.
Order delays
If we cannot ship within the time promised for your order, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise where applicable.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when available. Keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed. For a package marked delivered that you cannot locate, check nearby delivery locations and contact us for assistance.
Returns and cancellations
Please contact us before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for your request so we can review eligibility and provide return instructions. Return and cancellation options depend on the product, any personalization, the order’s status, and applicable law. An item made or personalized to your selected design may have different return options from an unmodified item.
For an approved return, we will explain the return method, any applicable shipping charges, and the refund or replacement arrangement. Your statutory rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods are not limited by this page.
